Who We Are
Muringa Management Company (the “company”) is a limited liability company registered under the Kenyan Companies Act, 2015. The company’s core activity is to provide estate management services to Muringa Court which is located on Muringa Road/Kirichwa Road in Kilimani, Nairobi. The court has building blocks comprising 64 apartments occupied by the respective landlords (who are also shareholders of the company) and/or tenants, as the case may be. Each household/apartment is individually owned and is self contained except for common services that are managed under the company.
